AI feature inputs: text you submit to generate content (such as prompts, instructions, and messages for story writing or roleplay). This data is sent anonymously and is not linked to your identity.
Purchase and subscription information: Apple processes payments for
in-app purchases and subscriptions. We receive limited information such as your
subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction identifiers for verification
and account management.
Device and usage data: including device type, operating system, app version,
IP address, language, crash logs, diagnostics, and usage events.
Push notification data: device tokens used to deliver notifications (if enabled).
How we use your information
Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
Personalize your experience and deliver relevant content.
Process and manage subscriptions and account status.
Communicate with you about support requests and service updates.

How we share your information
Service providers: we may share information with vendors that help us
operate the App (such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or customer support).
They are required to protect your information and use it only on our behalf.
AI processing: when you use AI writing or roleplay features, we transmit the text you submit (such as prompts and messages) to our privately hosted AI models running on Google Cloud Platform, solely for processing and generating the responses you request. Your data is not shared with Google or any other third party for their own purposes. Your data is not used to train or improve AI models. All data is encrypted in transit, and we do not store your prompts or generated content on our servers after processing is complete.
Apple: purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple; we rely on
Apple-provided transaction and subscription status information for verification.
Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, or to
protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the public.
Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger,
acquisition, or asset sale.
With your consent: we may share information when you direct us to do so.
All third parties that receive data on our behalf are required to provide the same or
equivalent level of data protection as described in this policy.
Tracking and advertising
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for
cross-app tracking or third-party advertising. If this ever changes, we will request
your permission where required and update this policy.
Data retention
We do not store personal data on our servers. All user content is stored locally on
your device. Data sent for AI processing is not retained after the response is generated.
Device and usage data collected for analytics and diagnostics is kept only as long as
necessary to improve the App.
Your choices and rights
Opt out of promotional communications by following the instructions provided.
Disable push notifications in your device settings.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law
(such as GDPR or CCPA).
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information,
including encryption of data in transit. Our AI infrastructure is hosted on
Google Cloud Platform, which provides industry-standard security certifications and
data protection. However, no security measure is perfect.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your
jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps
to protect your information consistent with this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will
notify you by updating the effective date or by other appropriate means.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the App. By accessing or using
the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are managed by Apple.
Pricing is shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end
of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies. We cannot issue
refunds for App Store purchases except where required by law.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the
App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Acceptable use
Do not violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or bypass security of the App.
Do not upload or distribute malicious, unlawful, or infringing content.
Do not interfere with the operation or availability of the App.
User content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license
to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the App.
Third-party services
The App may include or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their
content, policies, or practices.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we
are required to do so by law. You may stop using the App at any time.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether
express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our total
liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the
App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
These Terms do not limit those mandatory rights.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will
notify you by updating the effective date or by other appropriate means.
